520 _a"The negative effects of ethnocentrism, genderism, and heterosexism in health care workplaces are underexplored. Additionally, conflicts within the workplace due to IQism - a bias against individuals with very high IQs - have not yet entered into public discussion. Yet, health care personnel, according to current research, is inclusive of large numbers of persons with IQs that place them within three standard deviations from the norms. These individuals often experience circumstances that constrain their output.
