Roquito Neil D. Tausa is a seasoned professional librarian with over 30 years of experience in academic librarianship. He currently serves as the Graduate School Librarian at Cebu Institute of Technology–University, where he supports graduate education, research, and information services. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, including College Librarian, Head of the Health Sciences Library, and Head of Technical Services, demonstrating extensive expertise in library administration, technical services, and higher education. He holds a Doctor of Education, a Master of Science in Library Science, and is a Registered Librarian, reflecting his long-standing commitment to academic excellence and the advancement of library and information services.

Mary Joyce C. Ragasajo, RL
Cataloger/Reader's Services Librarian

Mary Joyce C. Ragasajo, RL is a dedicated academic librarian with extensive experience in technical services, library management, and information resource development. She currently serves as the College Librarian at Lapulapu-Cebu International College (LCIC), where she leads initiatives in collection development, cataloging, library automation, information literacy, and the enhancement of library services that support teaching, learning, and research. Throughout her career, she has served in academic libraries across higher education and basic education institutions, demonstrating expertise in technical processing, reader services, and library administration. A Registered Librarian and a graduate of the University of San Carlos with a Bachelor of Library and Information Science, she is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Library and Information Science. Ms. Ragasajo is an active member of the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI) and the Cebu Librarians Association, Inc. (CLAI) and is committed to advancing innovative, user-centered library services that promote lifelong learning and academic excellence. The LCIC Library supports this mission through its focus on academic excellence, research support, and innovative library services.

Circulation Staff

Fanny T. Igot is a dedicated and service-oriented library professional with a strong foundation in customer service, hospitality, and library operations. Currently serving as a Library Circulation Staff at Lapulapu-Cebu International College (LCIC), she plays a key role in delivering efficient circulation services while fostering a welcoming and organized library environment. A Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management graduate, she brings valuable front-office and guest relations experience gained through her internship at Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu, where she developed exceptional communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Known for her adaptability, attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and commitment to excellent service, Ms. Igot combines her hospitality background with a passion for supporting learning and creating positive user experiences. She has also enhanced her professional competencies through certifications in Sabre, MICE Event Organization, Japanese Language Enhancement, and Red Cross First Aid Training, demonstrating her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
